Returns are accepted as long as unworn in original packaging with all tags attached.

No make up marks

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Returns may take up to 10 working  days to process.

Please send returns to Chelworth Lodge, Cricklade SN6 6HP or return to store where the item was purchased during opening hours.

We do not offer a free returns postage so you will have to cover the cost of your return.

please use the returns form enclosed with your order. If there is no returns form please email jandkfashion1@yahoo.com and we can start the return process.

Any items that our quality check team deem as unreturnable will be held in our warehouse for a maximum of 2 weeks, in which the customer must arrange collection for the unreturnable item. If the 2 week mark is surpassed, unfortunately we will have to dispose of the item.

Items are in UK size and are true to size.

If you are unsure of your size please email jandkfashion1@yahoo.com and I can provide size charts for the items in question, as there are various designers there are multiple size charts.

I'm sorry to say but you are unbale to cancel or amend your order after payment has been processed.

Once you have received your item you may return it, please see above for returns policy.
